Not solid spruce top
One of the big selling points on this acoustic guitar was the claim that it has a "solid spruce top" - but in fact it is NOT - it is a laminated top, says so right on the BACK of the box. This makes a big difference.

But, on the other hand, I was happy to see it has an adjustable truss, this makes a bigger difference. Without an adjustable truss, you can't adjust the action unless you change the nut & bridge, which is nothing but a pain in the kiester.

The kit comes with a bunch of picks, a nice pitchpipe, an extra set of strings, a dvd and a nothing-special strap.

For the 88ish price, I'm not complaining. I bought a cheapy hardshell case for it, and have a stand and tuners and other accessories from my electric bass, etc. Not a bad deal overall.

Ohh and the sound and action are very nice. I haven't played acoustic in a while so my fingers are soft. I am happy to report the strings given with this don't hurt! :)
