perfect for wide fretboards!
The Shubb S3-S Capo works very well on my 6-string acoustic guitar's wide neck (46 mm, or 1.81 inch, at the nut). It is easy to use and preserves tone exceptionally well. MusicianVip provided excellent service. When I notified the seller that the capo had not arrived when expected (USPS lost the first shipment), MusicianVip immediately shipped a second which arrived promptly.

I only buy top-quality equipment for my 12-string acoustic, and this capo made a worthy addition. Easy to use. Strong construction (solid steel) and produces a clean scale on the guitar neck. If I ever lost it, I'd rush to buy another. Note: if you need to move your capo during a song, you'll probably be better off with one of those clip-on style capos. For me, this is not an issue, so I'm happy with my Shubb Deluxe. Worth the price.
Nice capo
I don't know much about capos, but my dad requested this specifically as a Christmas gift. He was ecstatic about it! I did play with it a bit before wrapping it up, and it is very solidly build, nice easy function, durable, and adjustable. My dad loves it.
