Works fine for me!
The String cleaner seems to work just fine for me. My strings stay clean and residue is wiped from my fingerboard in one sweep of this device. The one thing that I'm not enthusiastic about is the latching mechanism that the inventers devised. (A minor issue, in my opinion, but worth subtracting a star.) I'm still not sorry that I bought it!

Doesn't do much.
I've already stopped using this. I think a rag works just as well, if not better. the pad that comes with it is too soft to really clean, and doesn't get all of the string. Just not really worth it. I tried the wipes called BassBrites, and those work MUCH better. They actually have a solution that cleans and makes the strings last a lot longer.
