Issue
I received product and it was missing two picks and the cleaner is leaking. I can't find an easy way to request the messed up stuff be replaced without me having to ship it all back so that is an inconvenience.I like the items that came in good shape. My little girl loves the strap. it is nice. Cross your fingers if you purchase this item, that everything is there and not messed up.
