A-mazing
Gotta try to keep this short. The bottom line is that the only down side to these strings is cost. These are completely unconventional, optimized like none others, and only their Plectrum AC110 extra light acoustic guitar set comes close. There are no plain fish-line type nylons in the set, and no scrapey roundwounds (these are flat-wound). All of them seem made on some other planet, using a weave of metal and plastics that looks like jewelry and plays ... amazing. The overall sound is bright, almost like a cross between classical Spanish and western "acoustic" guitar, the tension is what I'd call medium, in relation to standard classical sets, very gentle on the fingers, and the sustain is hard to believe. They work well with any technique I throw at them, though I'm primarily a finger-picker. And you know that plunkey nylon trebles classical guitar sound? I've never liked it, and I was about to give up on a perfectly good classical guitar when I finally found these strings...
