Guitar is Ok... packaging from Amazon sucks
I ordered this guitar for my 7 year old granddaughter. The guitar quality is fine, with all the "big" guitar features (adjustable neck etc), but Amazon shipped it from Phoenix warehouse in an open box, with "zero' protection. The guitar bounced around in this big box without even a tissue for padding. Of course UPS set it outside on the porch for the world to see. Luckily the guitar wasn't damaged, that we know of. Amazon should know better than to ship an instrument like this, with such lack of concern for the end customer.
