Good strings for price
best price, Amazon, interestingly. I figured that a string outlet would have them cheaper. When I realized I would need to change my strings more regularly with play, I picked up a 10 pack (+2). Quick service, easy purchase. Showed up in a few days.

Good strings for the money.
If you are a working musician, these Ernie Ball Slinkys are a great deal. Sound good, feel good and come at a great price. If you need to change your strings often (I mean, like you play every day) and you are on a budget... these strings are for you. Also, if you have several guitars you need to keep supplied with fresh string (my situation), you won't find a better deal. Recommended.
My favorite strings.
These are just good strings. The new packaging makes them even better. Sure there are "better" strings made from other materials or by a different process but these are a standard for the industry. I have three stratocasters and a les paul. I put these strings on all of them. To my ears they make the guitars sound exactly like they are supposed to. They also are a good value.
