my favs
i've been playing guitar for 15 years. i have a very nice taylor acoustic and tone is very important to me. its even more important when you start recording and can hear every detail.
i actually discovered these strings when my taylor came strung with them. they sound great, very balanced, and they retain their sound way way longer then any uncoated strings i've played. well worth the extra money imho. i haven't done a side by side comparison but i believe they also cut down on string squeak when sliding and have a smoother feel when moving around the fretboard quickly

Easy to play, pretty long-lasting, and they deliver a great sound. Overall the best acoustic strings I have tired, and am now a loyal Elixer customer.
